Battle of the Beers - Again! (*Blurp*)

KILKENNY
versus
GUINNESS

that says it all... does it not?

An Irish Cream Ale

and a Draught Stout of renown!

FIRST, TO REALLY UNDERSTAND
WHAT IS AT STAKE HERE...
THE ORIGINS OF THE
KILKENNY CREAM ALE!

WHERE IT COMES FROM:

This ol' Irish town seems to bring out the BEST in everyone:
from brewers to bulls (!) to HOZIER... and others!

Granted, there is a lot that can be done
with Guinness Stout -
look at these recipes:

MAIN COURSE...

FANCIER DRINK...

AND DESSERT!

 WOW!!

BUT, AT THE END OF THE BINGE,
WHAT MATTERS IS... TASTE!
(it matters here, certainly:
it's not only in the blog's name
I AM -also- a man of taste!)

AND HOW ONE CAN DRINK IT
ON ITS OWN - WITHOUT HAVING TO
INCORPORATE IT INTO A RECIPE!

HENCE, THE WINNER IS...

KILKENNY!!!

the Irish Cream Ale has far less bitterness in it
than any darn STOUT... there - I said it!

It is ''SMOOTH AND DISTINGUISHED'' baby -
you can't beat that!!!

BONUS TASTE-TESTING
(guest ''T-T'' too...)

Guinness Extra Stout
and
Murphy's Stout!

Guinness could win this one...
Murphy's Law, you know!

And it's not like anyone's weeping over the decision here...
GUINNESS, KILKENNY and SMITHWICKS (too!)
- they're all made in the same brewery!!!

AMAZING ALES... indeedy!
